Dispatch
Orders are processed, sent and delivered on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For your order to be dispatched the same day, it must be placed, checked and confirmed before 12:30 p.m.
Beyond this time, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Orders made via the official Botaneo online store are delivered in Europe (and Switzerland) only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the DOM-TOMs.
The delivery times indicated are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of Botaneo.
Botaneo will implement all the means at its disposal to respect the delivery times communicated to the customer. However, the latter may not under any circumstances rely on a delay in delivery to claim damages.
Dosage & Administration
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Transportation costs
In the event of an error on our part when processing your order, the return of the damaged product and/or the shipment of the product to correct the situation will be made free of charge.
In the event that you wish to return a product corresponding to your initial order in order to obtain a refund, you will then have to cover the related transport costs.
